3101 Eastlake Ave E, Seattle
The proposed project includes five buildings. Two of the buildings fronting Eastlake Ave E will be for commercial use. The other three buildings will each include five four-story townhouses, for a total of 15 townhouses. Each townhouse will have driveway access from the alley with garage parking located at the rear.
